What is the edible gold lustre?
The gold lustre we use on our product is all edible food grade gold lustre. This is the same product that you will find on cakes/desserts. It is safe to consume.
Why is there oil in my jar?
At Garniche79 we make it our highest priority to deliver you the best dehydrated fruit possible.
You may find that your jar has oil from the fruit in it. The natural oils from the rind will bleed at times but this is normal and won't impact on the quality of your product.
Why is my fruit different sizes to my last order?
Unfortunately the size of the fruit can't really be controlled as this is a seasonal issue. To fix this problem we make sure we measure each jars weight to ensure you get the most value from your jar of Garniche79.
Shipping questions
How long will it take to process my order?
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days from ordering.
We understand you don't want to wait so we aim to process all our orders as quickly as possible!
When will my order arrive?
We use Sendle and Australia post to ship your order. Typically your order should arrive within 1-4 business days after shipping confirmation.
You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Currently there are delays due to covid and staff issues for these companies. Please be patient with them as they navigate these difficult times.
Do you offer express shipping?
If you need your order quickly, before ordering, please contact us and confirm that it will be possible to ship with express post. There will be extra costs incurred for this.
Returns questions
Can I return my product?
Unfortunately being a food product we do not have the ability for returns. If your order is damaged or if you have any other issues you can send us an email and we will rectify this where possible.
My jar was damaged on arrival.
If your order was damaged on arrival please contact us as soon as you receive it. We will aim to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
